By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

  • Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing tolerances

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order.

4. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices shown at checkout are the final prices applicable to your order

  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

7. Delivery

7.1 Shipping area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey is temporarily unavailable.

7.2 Dispatch & delivery times

  • Orders are dispatched within 48–72 working days

  • Delivery occurs within 72–96 working days after dispatch

These times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, order size or peak periods.

7.3 Delivery responsibility

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are complete and accurate.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Parcel not collected within carrier time limits

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-delivery costs

  • Any return shipping fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging

  • Installed or damaged items cannot be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
